French Tôle-Clad Chest, Early 1900s
Unusual wood trunk or chest, covered in thin sheet metal, painted with a charming floral decor on the top and façade. The sides are gold-colored, and the back is papered. The interior has been lined with block-printed paper. Would make a very pretty toy or blanket chest, dressing-up box, or any number of other uses!

Condition: Worn, but still perfectly functional.
