Oriental Style Octogonal Side Table with Ceramic Tile Insert
A very pretty and rather unusual table, with an octogonal top raised on eight legs, which meet to form keyhole arches around the apron. The elaborate stretcher forms a star in its center, which features blue and white ceramic tiles. The table is painted a very pale blue/grey color (practically white), with the details of the arches picked out in a contrasting blue. The table is fairly heavy, and is likely made of beechwood.
